When to write to us

• requests about your personal data: access, rectification, erasure, objection (with your username or account id, which you find in the game on the About screen);
• deleting your account without the app (how);
• a question that breaks the rules, if you cannot report it in the game;
• disagreeing with a moderator's decision;
• bugs in the game, and ideas.

We answer requests about personal data within 30 days at the latest. We will never ask for your password.

Supervisory authority

If you think we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to Serbia's Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection: www.poverenik.rs. If you live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia or the European Union, you can also turn to your own country's supervisory authority.
