Terms and question rules

Would You Rather? (Шта би радије?) · Last updated: 29 September 2026

The Serbian version of these terms is the original; if the two differ, the Serbian one applies.

In short

1. About the game

Would You Rather? is a game in which you pick one of two options, see how other players chose, and collect points. It is run by Nikola Tokić (toleapps), Slavka Rodića, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia ("we").

The game is in Serbian and is available in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia.

By using the game you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game.

Only registered players send in questions. By registering you accept these terms and the privacy policy, and by sending in a question you accept the question rules; the game points you to them under the register button and under the button that sends a question.

2. Age

Only people aged 13 and over may use the game. We may delete an account when we learn that it belongs to someone younger.

5. Question rules

Registered players can send in questions: those with a username or signed in with Google Play Games. Sending one costs points, and you can have at most 20 questions waiting for review at once.

A question must:

Topics we do not take for now

A question must not be about religion, politics, health or sexuality. The moderator rejects such questions however they are written, even when they insult nobody. Should we allow them later, it will say so here.

A question must not contain:

Rights in your question

Your question stays yours. By sending it in, you give us a free, non-exclusive right, without limit in time or territory, to store it, show it in the game, file it under categories, translate it into the game's languages, let players share it as a picture from the game, and keep it in the game after your account is deleted, without your name.

6. Moderation

7. Reporting and hiding

For the question on the game screen, in the menu at the top (⋮), you can:

Each of these applies to you alone, and for good: for now nothing hidden can be brought back. The author stays anonymous: you do not learn who they are, and they do not learn that you reported or hid them. Starter questions have no author, so hiding the author of one hides only that question. The moderator reviews reported questions and decides whether to take a question out of the game. Reporting and hiding neither earn nor cost points. Please do not misuse reports.

If you cannot report a question in the game, write to us.

8. Sharing

You can share a question from the game as a picture, with or without its results, through an app you pick. That app's own rules then apply too. Do not alter the picture to make it look as if the game or anyone else says something they do not.

9. Starter questions and sample votes

The game starts with questions we wrote ourselves. So that the first answers do not show 100%, every starter question was given a made-up starting number of votes for both sides, different for each question. The percentages on those questions count these starting votes as well as players' votes. Questions sent in by players have no starting votes.

10. Fair play

It is not allowed to:

If someone breaks these terms, we may cancel their points, remove their questions, stop them sending in questions, and limit or delete their account.

11. Deleting your account

You can delete your account whenever you like, in the app or by email (how). We may delete an account that breaks these terms.

12. Changes to the game and the terms

The game is free and may change, stop working for a while, or shut down. If we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top; we may also announce important changes in the game. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.

13. No warranty

We provide the game free and as it is, with no guarantee that it will always work, be free of bugs, or never lose gameplay data such as points and themes bought. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from using the game. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you, or our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the court in Belgrade, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
